Automotive Window Tint

Getting your windows tinted on your vehicle isn't what it was in the 80's and 90's.  There have been several advancements in window film technology, and today you have options.  Whatever your needs are, window tint can help protect your vehicles interior and your skin from harmful solar rays, and save fuel! 

 Your windows don't need to be dark to benefit from window tint!  

We offer 2 lines of film, Solar Gard Galaxie and Solar Gard VortexIR.  Both have lifetime warranties*.

-Galaxie offers privacy at a great price.  We offer 50%, 35%, 20%, and 5% (for windshield strips).

-VortexIR offers superior protection, heat rejection, along with privacy.  We offer 70%, 55%, 35%, 25% and 15%.

Our lightest offering, 70% VortexIR, blocks as much total solar energy as our darkest Galaxie film, 5% (40% & 42% respectively).  All window film provides >99% UV protection.  Check out the rest of the specifications by clicking the pictures below.

*Solar Gard window film comes with a lifetime warranty against adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking/crazing, delamination, peeling, or excessive or unusual change of color.

*The legal limits in Wisconsin are 50% on front drivers and passenger windows, and 35% on all windows behind them.  Factory tinted windows are exempt, and usually come in somewhere between 15%-25%.  Nothing is allowed below the AS1 line on the windshield.  The percentage is VLT, or Visable Light Transmission.  The lower the number, the darker the film.

We will NOT tint any glass that is chipped or cracked.  Shades outside of our normal offerings are available, but will have an added charge to cover the film, and require a deposit.  The darkest shade we will install on full windshields is 35%.  The darkest shade we will install on front side windows is 15%.
